Every AFD part is bench-checked against the OEM body of the listed vehicle before it leaves the floor. If it doesn't bolt up, we cover return shipping both ways. No restocking fee. No questions about your driveway. Just the part that should have arrived.
Every part starts in CAD, modeled against a 3D scan of the OEM body for the listed vehicle. Not an estimate. Not a competitor's tracing.
After CNC, each part is measured against the CAD reference. Out-of-tolerance parts are scrapped, not sold. Tolerances are published on the spec sheet.
Before any production batch ships, the part is bench-fitted on the actual OEM body fascia. Panel gap, mount alignment, hardware seating — all signed off.
Powder coat, weld seams, hardware count, instructions — checked by a human, signed by a human, photographed before packing.
Listed year and trim must match yours. If the listing says "2022-2026 WRX" and you have a 2022 WRX, you're covered. If you have a 2026 STI, contact us first — it may not fit.
If the part doesn't fit your listed vehicle, we pay return shipping AND outbound shipping for the replacement. No restocking fee. No 30-day clock.
If your fascia has been repaired with non-OEM panels or modified, fitment may differ. Contact us before ordering — we can usually still help.

Order number (AFD-XXXXXX), 3-5 photos of the dry-fit issue, and your VIN. We verify against the build sheet and ship a replacement same-day if stock allows.
Subaru updates a body line in year 5? Email us. We've sent replacement panels for cost-of-shipping multiple times — and we've redesigned legacy SKUs because of customer reports.
That's the standard. It's been the standard since 2013. It won't change.
